Keswick Christian School is the only infant through 12th grade private Christian school in Pinellas County, Florida not affiliated with a church. As such, Keswick Christian School strives to welcome Christian families from a diverse range of denominations united in our shared relationship with Jesus Christ. More than a private Christian elementary school, middle school, and high school, we also provide exceptional care and pre-school instruction for infants and toddlers.

We serve as an integral part in the church, home, and school partnership necessary for preparing our students to face the future with hope, confidence, and reliance on the Lord. With a curriculum firmly rooted in balancing academics, athletics, and fine arts, students are encouraged to integrate truth in every aspect of their lives – in the home, in the classroom, on the field or court, on the stage, and throughout their everyday activities. Teachers and coaches work closely together to ensure students have time to pursue all their interests without conflict, enabling them to participate in different sports, creative outlets, and academic clubs, all in the same school year.

What Makes Keswick Different?

What started as a small school serving about 75 students in 1953, has blossomed into one of the leading private Christian schools in Pinellas County, Florida. Our class sizes are small so that students can enjoy a more one-on-one mentorship relationship with their teachers, but our ambitions are huge. Over the years we’ve added several honors and advanced placement courses while simultaneously building our relationships with local churches so that our graduates have the academic and spiritual foundation they need to reach their full potential.

As a whole, considering our dedication to academics, athletics, and fine arts, all infused with thoughtful spiritual formation, Keswick Christian School is second to none. We excel at giving students the space and freedom to grow and discover their own personal life-callings within an established structure that encourages and cultivates a student’s whole person. Our school is not affiliated with any church or denomination as we have over a hundred Tampa Bay churches represented among our student body. This truly makes Keswick a home for Christian families where both denominational diversity, yet unity in Christ, co-exist.

What We Believe

We believe in educating for eternity, meaning that the Christ-centered, faith-based curriculum offered here follows our students beyond this campus and is passed on through the love and truth that is lived out in their everyday lives long after graduation. In partnership with parents, we’re raising the teachers, leaders, and innovators of tomorrow, and in that way, what we teach today will live on forever. We’re always striving to maintain and improve the safety of our campus, to make the latest technology available to our students, and to balance academic discipline, athletic achievement, creative expression, and spiritual formation for a well-rounded curriculum. We think of it as “excellence without extravagance”, and it’s what enables us to provide a superior learning environment while remaining true to the Christian values that define us.
